Tomahawk and Hayden Bay parking lot access gate update

The installation of the controlled access gates at both the Tomahawk and Hayden Bay parking lots has been completed.

To enter into the controlled access parking areas, swipe your access card (the same card that you use for the dock gate doors and restroom doors) close to the proximity card reader located on the driver’s side pedestal by the gate which will activate the gate arm. Please make sure that no unauthorized vehicles follow behind you when you enter. The gate arm will automatically open for you upon exiting the parking lot.  Please instruct guests to park in the uncontrolled visitor parking, or be available to let them into the secure area. Should you encounter any problems with using the access gate, call the 24/7 Columbia Crossings emergency # (503.720.2621), and/or temporarily park in the visitor parking lot.

• Remove all items from inside your car, especially GPS units and any device charging cords.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Use a mechanical locking device on your steering wheel.
• Place your vehicle’s registration and insurance card in the trunk or carry with you if possible (prevents ID theft).
• Be observant coming and going from parking lots. Report any suspicious persons or activities immediately to the police.
