April Updates from Management

We have a lot of exciting updates for the upcoming season and wanted to keep everyone in the Columbia Crossings community informed. Read on for details on dock improvements, new policies, and current deals! 

Updates from management

Columbia Crossings is investing in major improvements across our marinas this year. 

Tomahawk Bay boat ramp and launch, now approved by the City (permit signed January 30, 2026). A new paved boat ramp and floating dock will be built at Tomahawk Bay. This will be a private facility for Columbia Crossings tenants only – a big win for our island community! Construction will begin later in 2026, with dates announced once they’re set.

Hayden Island Marina upgrades: We’re renovating the Hayden Island marina, replacing many of the old wooden docks with modern concrete ones. The new slips will be far more stable and sturdy in wind and current. Work is tentatively planned to start in April 2026. Boat owners in construction zones will be notified in advance and offered temporary moorage at Tomahawk Bay if needed.

Jantzen Bay bathroom relocation: The restrooms at Jantzen Bay have been moved to Row 5, which offers a deeper bottom and more stable footing. This new location also provides easier access for everyone on the docks.

We’re grateful for your patience during construction and look forward to these improvements making our marinas safer and more enjoyable for all.

Billing & Referral Programs

Autopay changes: Effective immediately, debit cards are no longer accepted for auto-pay. To keep your account on auto-pay, please switch to a credit card or link a bank account. 

Refer a boater: Don’t forget about our referral program! If you recommend a friend or fellow boater to moor with Columbia Crossings, you’ll earn a moorage credit when they join: $100 credit for boats 28′ and under, $200 for boats 32′–36′, and $300 for boats 40′ and up. Spread the word and save on your slip fees!
