November Construction Updates

At Tomahawk Bay, construction of the new boat ramp is well underway, and in-water work is scheduled to begin November 1. Starting in the spring, our team will launch boats for Columbia Crossings customers exclusively and offer a seasonal storage option to take the hassle out of boating: we'll launch your boat at the start of season, then store and winterize it at the end of season. All you'll need to do is enjoy your time on the water.

Our crews will also begin installing pilings for our new Tomahawk Bay Floating Homes community before Thanksgiving and complete dock installation before Christmas. If you have a floating home or have been thinking about buying one, our brand new docks will be an amazing place on the river to call home. Stay tuned for more details, or ask our office staff for updates!

At Hayden Bay Marina, docks G, H, and I have been removed to make way for the new replacement docks, which are being relocated from Tomahawk Bay as part of our phased marina renovation. These upgrades will replace aging dock infrastructure with more modern and durable facilities.

At Jantzen Bay, the main parking lot asphalt work is wrapping up with final touches to the landscaping and perimeter fences happening over the next few weeks. Angelina's Greek Gyros has now been relocated to a dedicated food cart pod in the newly resurfaced parking lot. We are planing to welcome two new food carts to the area as well, giving you even more great food options!

Christmas Boat Decorating Contest:

We are excited to announce a new contest we will be hosting around the holiday season! All Columbia Crossings boaters are invited to partake in a boat decorating contest for which one winner will be chosen per marina. The prize for the most festive and fun boat will be a free month of moorage! Start planning your designs and make sure to send us a picture of your boat to be entered into the contest. Submissions can be sent to leasing@columbiacrossings.com.
