October Updates from the Office

New Boat Ramp For Tomahawk Bay:
Construction on the Tomahawk Bay boat ramp will begin shortly. This exciting new amenity will be available exclusively to Columbia Crossings customers and operated by our staff. The project will include extending our walking paths and native landscaping through to Ricky Point.
In 2027, Columbia Crossings will also begin offering a new service to take the hassel out of enjoying the river: we'll take your vessel out of the water at the end of the boating season, store it over the winter, and return it to the water when you're ready to get back out on the river. You can read more about the project and see the architectural plans on our blog!
Seasonal Special:
There's still great weather ahead, and our seasonal special customers will have access to the Marina through the end of October for only $18. Sign up for the Seasonal Special now to reserve your ideal slip and pay only $18.00 per month from October 1st to April 30th. This means you will get access to the Marina for the whole month of April for only $18! Avoid any hassle or paperwork as there is no need to renew your lease at the start of the season. You will receive our best standard rate from May 1st to September 30th and can still benefit from any eligible discounts.
Winter Storage:
Looking for a place to store your boat this winter? Tomahawk Storage Co. by Columbia Crossings offers secure, reliable, and easy storage for your boat, RV, or vehicle, right on Hayden Island so you can get out on the water as soon as boating season rolls back around. Visit our website for details and pricing.
New 24/7 Support Service:
You can send a text to +1 844-900-1220 or message the chat feature on our website 24/7 for customer service, maintenance requests, security concerns, leasing information, and more. For any urgent after-hours matters, our security team can still be reached at 503-720-2621.
Construction Updates:
Asphalt and landscaping work at Jantzen Bay will be continuing through October. During this process our crew may need to block off parking spaces or other areas for sites to remain clear for upcoming work. Please do not remove any cones or adjust caution tape to park your car. If your car is parked within an area marked as a worksite, you will be contacted to repark your car. Please make sure that your current plate numbers are registered with our leasing office. If we cannot find or contact the owners of vehicles parked within a worksite for an extended period of time, they will be subject to towing.
New signage will also be installed and asphalt work completed around the properties throughout October. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue improvements across Columbia Crossings.
